Ingredients
For the Venison
500g venison steak (backstrap or leg), thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
For the Wraps
4 large soft wraps
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 small carrot, grated
1 cup grated cheese
For the Sauce (Optional)
½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato sauce

Easy Family Venison Wraps

A quick and simple family meal using ethically harvested wild venison. Perfect for busy weeknights, with everyday ingredients the whole family will love!

Cook the Venison – Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season venison with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned but tender. Remove from heat and let it rest.

Prepare the Wraps – Lay out the wraps and add lettuce, cucumber, carrot, and cheese.

Assemble – Slice the venison into strips and place on top of the veggies. Drizzle with sauce if using.

Wrap & Serve – Fold up the wraps, slice in half, and serve immediately.

Serving Ideas:

Add tomato slices or avocado for extra flavour.
Serve with potato wedges or corn on the cob.
